What time is Check in/Check out?
Check in is after 4:00p.m, and check out is before 11a.m. If you would like to check in/out at a different time, or will be checking in after 10pm, please notify the staff to make arrangements.
What is the Resort Fee on my reservation?
A resort fee of 4% of the nightly room rate is included in the nightly price. Services and amenities include: on-site mountain bike and snowshoe gear for guests to use during stay, convenient downtown parking, fun lawn games, and Wi-Fi.
How often will my room be cleaned?
We offer limited housekeeping services, provided once every third day of your stay*. If you would like to opt out of our third day housekeeping services, please let the front desk know when you arrive. Fresh towels, fresh linens, trash collection and additional services may be performed upon request.
*The scheduling of room cleaning during a stay may be altered based on guest requirement.
When are you going to charge my card for my reservation?
Reservations require an accepted credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) at the time of booking. This card will be charged with your entire stay at time of booking or on the day of your cancellation policy expiration, depending on the dates and rate you booked. Discounted rates are often charged at the time of booking. Please contact the hotel at 208-726-3344 to confirm your payment dates. Your card will also be authorized at check-in for incidentals at the rate of $25.00 per stay. All outstanding charges will be charged to your card upon check-out. You may change the card on file with us at any time before your deposit is taken by calling us at 208-726-3344. After your deposit is taken, a 5% service charge applies to change deposits to cover credit card processing fees.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the dates and the rate that you booked. Please check your confirmation e-mail or contact the hotel to confirm your cancellation policy. If you booked a reservation with a flexible cancellation policy, please call us at 208-726-3344 to cancel your reservation.
Are pets allowed at The Tamarack Lodge?
We allow well behaved dogs here at the Tamarack Lodge. We charge a $25.00 one time fee and pets are to never be left in the room unattended. Our pet policy that must be adhered to and a waiver must be signed.
